Breathe · Balance · Become
I am Shivani, a yoga instructor creating safe, mindful and personalised practices that support strength, mobility, emotional balance and a calmer relationship with your body.
“Strong body. Calm mind. Open heart.”
Personal yoga portfolioAbout me
My journey with yoga began as a personal search for steadiness. Over time, the practice became a way to understand the connection between movement, breath, attention and everyday wellbeing.
My classes are calm, inclusive and progressive. I combine traditional foundations with practical modern instruction so beginners feel supported and experienced students continue to grow. Every session is adapted to the student—not the other way around.
Whether the goal is better mobility, reduced stress, improved posture or a consistent mindfulness practice, I focus on helping students build skills that remain useful beyond the yoga mat.
